Aruba Tan's Appointment Cancellation Policy
While we would love to be as flexible as possible, cancellations cost us a lot of money! Not only do we lose your appointment, but we lose potential revenue from someone that could have had your time-slot.
- All cancellations or rescheduled appointments must be made 2 hours prior to your existing appointment
- No show, no call appointments will be assessed a $20.00 fee or 1 Airbrush Tan credit
- Cancellations or re-scheduled appointments made within 30 minutes- 2 hours of your appointment will be assessed a $10 fee
- Late Appointments
- Aruba Tan operates on an extremely tight schedule for Airbrush Tans with as little as 20 minutes between appointments.
- 5 minute policy- If you are more than 5 minutes late, we will be forced to reschedule you for a later time or date
- 15 minute policy- If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will consider you a no show/no call appointment and assess a $20 fee or 1 Airbrush Tan credit
